Validic has announced that its full suite of Intelligent Digital Care Solutions and Services is now available in AWS Marketplace. The inclusion of Validic’s offerings provides AWS’ Enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences customers with seamless access to an established digital care platform.
At the heart of Validic’s suite is its Inform Health IoT platform. Designed to access personal health data from an ecosystem of over 600 FDA-listed in-home monitoring devices and consumer wearables, it empowers healthcare organisations with real-time insights into patient wellbeing.
Supported devices range from blood pressure monitors and glucose meters to thermometers, smartwatches, and activity trackers. By streaming real-world data into client systems, the platform enables comprehensive patient engagement, remote management, and outcome tracking.
The platform is built with future-proofing in mind with Validic Inform handling updates and new device integrations. Consequently, healthcare providers are always equipped to leverage the latest advancements in health sensor and device technologies without additional configuration.
“Validic has worked closely with AWS since we first launched to market in 2013,” said Drew Schiller, co-founder and CEO at Validic. “We have a shared goal of using advanced technologies and services to help healthcare organisations improve care for all patients through digital transformation.”
Enabling more personalised care
Validic’s ImpactRemote Patient Management solution complements the IoT platform by enabling more personalised patient interactions. The system supports an array of clinical programmes, covering chronic disease management, high-risk pregnancies, acute care transitions, weight management involving GLP-1 medications, physical activity, and general health improvement.
The solution also fully integrates within existing workflows, including electronic health records (EHRs). Providers can deploy new care programmes without requiring new contracts, security revisits, or extra training.
Native integration allows clinicians to work more efficiently and improves patient outcomes. Visual data representations, real-time flowsheet updates, and intelligent secure messaging ensure greater preparation for encounters—all without the need for clinicians to leave the EHR interface.
The patient side benefits from user-friendly data capture processes. Validic also collaborates with healthcare organisations to integrate these functionalities into their existing patient-facing applications for a unified experience.
Generative AI streamlines clinical decisions
Validic combines its health data repository with generative AI to simplify remote patient management. Built on Amazon Bedrock within Validic’s HITRUST-certified architecture, the AI-enabled features are designed to detect significant trends in patient data, flag potential health risks, and distil complex longitudinal statistics into actionable insights.
AI-generated summaries help to streamline clinician workflows by presenting concise reports that highlight changes in a patient’s vitals, adherence patterns, and areas requiring intervention. Providers can edit these summaries and, with a single click, store them as progress notes within the patient’s chart.
The solution even answers the perennial question, “What’s changed since the last visit?” By analysing datasets and presenting comparative insights, it eliminates manual assessments, enabling clinicians to focus on determining next steps for optimal care delivery.
Validic’s generative AI not only identifies changes but also explains why specific metrics may be shifting. This functionality ensures time-strapped clinicians are equipped with vital information for informed decision-making.
Logistics and patient services
Validic’s dedicated Logistics and Service Desk capabilities handles everything from device procurement and custom kit creation to patient onboarding and technical support.
The patient service desk provides a crucial bridge between technology and patient experience, offering first-line troubleshooting for non-clinical notifications, such as missed readings. Simultaneously, the logistics facility manages device purchasing and inventory, including reverse logistics when needed.
Integrating these capabilities with the Validic Impact system ensures that device orders and management are handled directly within the EHR, saving additional administrative effort.
With the availability of Validic Intelligent Digital Care Solutions on AWS Marketplace, healthcare organisations can now consolidate their digital care investments under AWS’ secure ecosystem and deliver personalised, data-driven, and proactive care.
