Galaxy S21 FE continues to appear in leaks and now, its likely specifications have shown up on certification site TENAA.

  • The phone will pack a 6.4″ AMOLED display of 120Hz refresh rate and a 4,370 mAh battery, which is probably the minimal capacity meaning the typical capacity would be 4,500 mAh.
  • The phone has a fairly similar design as other smartphones in the Samsung Galaxy S21 series.
  • There are also some dimensions mentioned – 155.7×74.5×7.9mm, which are slightly smaller than the current Galaxy S20 F (159.8×74.5×8.4mm), probably due to the smaller screen.

While the TENNA and 3C listings link the model number SM-G9900 to the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, the FCC website had a phone with the model number SM-G990U, and Geekbench listed a phone with the model number. SM-G990B. The different model numbers could refer to the variants intended for different markets. The FCC website showed that the phone can support 25W and 45W fast charging. The Geekbench listing showed the phone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and 8GB of RAM.
