Poco F7 Ultra is ever closer to launch as it gets certified again


According to a recent leak, the Poco F7 series will become official on March 27. Do however keep in mind that the brand has yet to confirm this. That said, the unveiling is definitely getting closer and closer, as the Poco F7 Ultra keeps receiving more and more certifications across the world.

Case in point: today it’s been certified by the UAE’s TDRA. This certification once again confirms the Poco F7 Ultra name as well as the model number, 24122RKC7G.

The F7 Ultra will be joined by the F7 Pro and there will be no vanilla model this year. Both devices are headed to India too. According to a recent leak, the F7 Ultra has the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset at the helm, paired with 12/16GB of RAM and 256/512GB of storage.

It’s got a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto with 2x optical zoom, and a 32 MP ultrawide camera. It has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and a 5,300 mAh battery with support for 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.

The F7 Pro is rumored to go with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, with 12/256GB and 16/512GB RAM/storage combos on offer. It will have a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultrawide alongside a 2 MP decorative camera of some sort. The IP68 rating is in, and this one should have a bigger 6,000 mAh battery with 90W wired charging (and no wireless charging).
