HBO Max will be available across all of Google’s platforms, WarnerMedia announced today.

It’d be bigger news if that wasn’t actually the case, as the legacy HBO has been available across all of Google’s hardware and service offerings for years. (But press releases aren’t just going to write themselves, and here we are.) The big deal for Google is that HBO, HBO Max and Cinemax will be available directly through YouTube TV and billed through your Google account, so you won’t even need a separate app if that’s your streaming service of choice.
